I moved out of there over 6 months ago and have yet to see my deposit check. I have talked with the manager over a dozen times and have gotten NOWHERE!!! If you are thinking about moving in here...BEWARE!!! You may never see your deposit again!! Refundable deposit?? Yeah, right!
I have had nothing but problems with Chasewood. I have had "water bugs" since Sept.. I have roaches, not water bugs. They have "called" to have my apartment sprayed, but I still have roaches. The management changes like the wind.. water leaks everywhere, dryer never dries clothes.. Rowdy bunch of people that live there & management will do NOTHING about anything. Terrible place to live......
They never fix anything! I have had a lot of problems with my apartment and nothing has been fixed. I have talked to the manager personally and no one comes to fix anything. Plenty of people I know have had the same problems!
This place needs to be shut down just look at my pics and make your own decision on whether you want to live in this nasty hell hole
I had to call maintenance approximately 6 times within the first month of moving in and they were terribly slow to take care of any of my problems. Many, many problems with this place from plumbing to heating and air conditioning. Design and appliances of this complex are all from the 1980's and really show their age. For the price of rent you can get a much newer and nicer apartment in Amarillo.
Just dont move in here trust me!!!!!!!!! There were 3 managers in a year! Nothing gets fixed!! Parking is a joke!! Staff wont be here by your next lease!! The pool is always green!! Bird crap is in piles at your front door!! Spiders ants and big black water bugs in and out of your apartment!! 1 basketball hoop and it is falling down!! Nobody lives here for long!!
we stayed for 6 months, when we moved out, management staff said deposit will be sent to the forwarding address with in 60 days of move out date, when we called after 60 days they are saying need the proof of deposit, which they did not have in there records..... also they are saying they can give only half the amount of deposit....they are taking so much of time to return back the...
Worst place I've ever rented. I had a leak in the bathroom ceiling for over a month before someone came to fix it. They fixed it alright, but the bathroom looked disgusting with all the water damage it caused.
