It was much better there than I expected. Service was good and the was good. Reasonable priced also.
The restaurant is very tastefully decorated. The staff is great and could not do enough to make us have an enjoyable dining experience. Our food was very good and lots of it. I would highly recommend . We were very pleased.
The menu was a little disappointing because I expected the lobster bisque which has been removed. the clam chowder was very good. The pasta seafood entree was very good but the wait was very long. The server was great; she kept checking and apologizing for the very, very long wait for such a simple dish. Things got much worse when it took at least 20 minutes to get a piece of cheesecake. Great experience I ever had
Appetizers were excellent including flatbread and mozzarella sticks (funny name on menu}. Most entrees were okay. I liked the veal caprese and the Chilean Seabass. Cauliflower was only fair, a bit bland. Beer list was interesting.
We went this past Saturday night. Pros: Food was above average to excellent. The manager comp'ed a dessert course for our troubles (see below). We were seated immediately at our reservation time. Cons: Service was unacceptable: we did not get our entrees until about 1 hour and 25 minutes after we ordered. Beatiful decor- all tables have an ocean view. I enjoyed icy oysters, & condiments. My husband loved the chilled Caesar salad. Thick N.E. clam chowder was tasty & full of clams & veggies.
