Cherrie & Zach were great. They helped me find the right people to help me get things done before the showings and to get the right look for my house. Based on the furniture I already had, they got the midcentury vibe I was looking for. In spite of some issues I had, the pictures were fabulous and they got the word outt to all the right places. I had an offer in days and I'm very grateful for their help.

We can not recommend working with Camden enough! She was always very communicative and flexible with us, which I’m sure was difficult at times since we are first time homebuyers and we had a ton of questions. Hello, we put our home on the market in early October 2018, earlier enough before the holidays hit and just prior to the real estate market softening up. My wife and I sat with Cherrie and Zach and went through their sales performance history and marketing strategy for our home, we were impressed ... Absolute Rockstars… Zach and Cherrie did a fantastic job, marketing our home, and getting over asking price the first weekend it went up for sale... Cherrie and Melissa at NextHome are great. Not only did they walk us through everything after the sale but they actually helped us move in by removing things the previous owner had left behind. Melissa has also called me to check on how the move is going and they always get back to my messages in a timely manner. With them, it’s more than just about the sale...it’s about providing great customer service.

Zach really did a great job for us. He’s a go getter always taking our calls or calling us back right away. He does what he’s says he going to do and is detailed oriented. I highly recommend Zach and cherry!
