Zach and Cherrie are absolutely incredible at what they do. This was our fourth home purchase, and it was from 450 miles away. It was by far the smoothest and most fun transaction of them all. Zach had our home sold almost before my wife and I signed on as Zach's client! It was that fast. I've sold a few houses in the past and I have to say using Zach as our realtor was the best experience I've ever had. He did more than required to make sure we were totally satisfied. Zach even completed things the buying realtor was supposed to do. After selling our home Zach set up a realtor in another state where we were moving to. That experience was again a pleasant one.

Cherrie is an excellent negotiator who successfully helped us buy a house at the best price ( the lowest in this beautiful neighborhood), and sold our previous home at top price (the highest in that neighborhood), exceeding our expectations. She is energetic, very intelligent & knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to resolve issues, big or small. I look forward to doing more business with her.
