I had a listing appointment with Cherrie & Zach this past May. I wanted them to look at my home and see if there was anything lacking before putting it on the market. We’ve purchased and sold 2 homes with the Rockstars. This time around I considered one of these new online brokerages like REX or purple bricks to save some $ on commission.
