I have recommended them for over 30 years, really disappointed of late. Sure hope these folks can get the Vet issues taken care of… this is exactly what happens with corporations instead of Vet owned! Take them somewhere else they say!

We are actively recruiting to rebuild our team but there is a national shortage of Veterinarians. Rude receptionists/ vet techs. I asked a simple question about the eta of opening the lobby area, and was snapped at. Not everyone likes “curbside” service when it comes to the care of our fur babies. Some animals don’t do well without their owner. No worries, I found another vet that is open and not using COVID as an excuse for everything.

Found a lost dog with 3 and 5 year old tags from this clinic for rabies vaccines. Their computer system could not find tag numbers because they were more than a year old. Finally found owner’s daughter and told her to get current tag on dog & that the clinic purges prior year tags from computer. A database can handle multiple years - no excuse for purging data - give me a break! Reminder to all to have tag on your pet with your phone number on it!

We apologize that you were so upset, however Rabies tags are used to prove that an animal is up to date on rabies vaccinations, and the tag itself can only hold a certain amount of numbers. Every year we do approximately 6000 rabies vaccines so the numbers regenerate after every few years as the tags legally expire after each year. Would be willing to change this review if the phones get answered, or call backs occur. My fiancé and I have been calling for over a week to get an appointment, leaving voicemails (when the inbox isn’t full). Nobody has returned a single call yet.

The profanities spoken to our employees was completely unacceptable. Our vet gave you the medications you requested although we did insist on an exam per our clinic’s guidelines as we had not seen your animal in several years. We wish you and your dog well.
Keep several appointments every day just for emergencies. Train front desk staff to be compassionate & not get snippy when speaking to people on the phone who have sick fur babies. Telling someone who is calling because their pet is sick to "just call someone else" because they can't get them in to be seen for over a week is just plain ridiculous. What makes them think that someone else is going to do a one time emergency appointment?!
I took my dogs to their annual rabies vaccine and had a the worst thing happen to me. I’ve taken both my dogs here since they were puppies and I’ve always recommend this clinic to everyone I knew but never again. Since the pandemic is still going strong they aren’t allowing people into the clinic, so they come out to your car and bring your pet inside.
