You ought to be ashamed of yourselves refusing to see an family pet that has been torn to pieces by another dog because you’re “too busy”! Completely unacceptable
Your male doctors need to take more time and care into the animals they are seeing. You cant just ASSUME a animal has cancer by FEELING it. My animal was killed by one of your male doctors because he let is kidney obstruction that was crystal caused, not cancer, get horrible a weekend and just gave him some shots. RecommendedYes & No I have been taking my cat's here for longtime since Dr.Baker owned it & since ownership has switched hands it's not the same anymore,I myself suffer from bipolar disorder & anxiety yesterday I picked up medication for my tiny cat & I had to wait several minutes the lady helping me was nice at first but as my patients grew she gave me a look of disgust, I said hey I'm sorry I suffer from bipolar disorder and anxiety didn't mean to bother you I shouldn't have had to apologize for that!!!!
my 13 year old dog went there for surgery to have her cancer removed. Now my other dogs have kennel cough. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone that cares about their dogs/cats.
Close down and never open again until they can properly diagnose and care for animals!
medicated my dog baby, treated her for something she didn't have..lots of meds and pain meds then she died!!! the other emergency clinic said test come back neg.😰
My dog was in severe pain because of her arthritis. They wouldnt make her an appointment for that day. I had to wait 4 days before they would help her! Disgusted with them!! Also, I found cheaper flea meds at chewy.com by almost 1/2 price. But, Chesterfield Animal Hospital wouldnt release a prescription for them unless i paid them a fee first. Really!!!! This place is not the same loving place it used to be!! I will never come back and never recommend them!!
They aren’t even in a good mood when they first open! The customer service was terrible. When I try to explain to the vet, his words were....obviously a sorry will not do me any good will it. I’ve been taking my dogs here forever! Never again😡.
We have always had decent care, but when we have taken our pets there for 15 years and we call to try to get an appointment as an emergency since our puppy who is 7 months has not eaten for 2 and a half days and I was told that they could not get him in for over a week. Then I was asked what I expected them to do, "take someone else's appt away" I said no I expected to be worked in as a patient of many years" I was then told that "No that would not happen and they would transfer my records because we were bothering them and ... read more
