Bought a new home and used Chip and his team for the 3rd time - highly recommend! He and his team take a lot of the tension out of what can be a cumbersome process.
Chip and his team made the whole process so easy for me to handle. This was my first time buying a home and they made sure to give me all the information I needed for getting the loan. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get a loan.
Very professional and Chip and the team knows what they are doing. I bought the house by myself and I was new to the area and Chip was able to approved my loan. I was actually able to get approved higher than I expected. Communication is easy as well, the team answers all the questions right away. We were able to close on time and everything went smoothly. I will definitely choose them again if I were to buy another house or even to refinance.
