What's the point of ordering online if you still have to wait 20 min in the restaurant? They went through the entire line THEN made my order tonight. They mixed up my bag at the end when handing it to me. They also didn't have my ticket to prep the meal printed when I arrived, 1 min after I was supposed to pick it up. What. A. Nightmare. Someone help this manager and his operations. It was absolute madness. Disappointing.
