I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. The representative didn’t introduce himself and was very stoic.
The workers here in Shiprock need to be a bit more nicer and courteous she was very unwelcoming, no smile, a mean stoic stare not even a nice hello. So you really need your workers to be a bit more proper with people. The questions I asked were answered but need more nicer workers. It's awful sometimes to go in and ask questions. Thank you I hope I have a better visit next time.
