The representative was very helpful and explained what needed to be done. She tool the time to listen and was real patient with me.
Initial visit, I was told I needed upgraded plan without even checking my usage or my internet slow speed. I replied I currently receive <4Mbps and I need to spend +$20 more? Technician handled problem well informing me through email though

Staff tried to help. Equipment is poor ALWAYS loosing internet connection. Have to constantly have staff reset or send technician.
