I rate your customer service very low for various reasons: 1. I dont.l like automated non-human responses. 2. You are cut-off abruptly once you click on a number. 3. Your customer service reps are not nice, need proper protocols for service and obviously not trained. They NEVER return your calls. 4. I've had problems with my internet modem/router. Customer service is good. Internet on the reservation is lacking behind the rest of the world. I help shima pay for her wifi. Compared to the city, the internet is so terrible. Even when we pay more. It really affects Zoom courses online. I have never been so annoyed by the internet than that on the reservation.Â

I applied for broadband 3 weeks ago an have been getting nothing but the run around. I've tried many times to get in touch with someone, an finally got a call back from a supervisor. He was helping me figure out why my application was stalled. I was supposed to get a call back from him Friday or Monday. But haven't gotten a call back. The people I did speak with couldn't find my application. The customer service here is severely subpar.Â
