I could not have got this house if it was not for Chris, He was absolutely amazing, kept me informed, he referred awesome people to help get this process done, He explained how things work and did what was in my best interest. Anytime I had a problem or was " freaking " out i would text or call him and he got back to me in a timely manner. He did an awesome job and i would definitely recommend him to anyone. They were professional and patient throughout the process, as they explained each step and made sure I received the best deal. They were also able to move my closing up and get everything done in a very short time, especially given the stress and circumstances of the COVID19 pandemic. This is our second experience with Chris & the EP team in two years. It was just as great as the first time. They are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Also, their communication skills are excellent whether it be via emails, telephone or text.
