Chris & his team were phenomenal from the beginning of our journey to the end. He was with us every step of the way (even answering emails at 11 pm at night). My husband and I are convinced he doesn't sleep. This was our second time using him. Two years ago we purchased our first home and we just refinanced to eliminate the PMI. This is the 2nd time I used Chris for my mortgage needs. Chris is extremely knowledgeable, patient, responded promptly to all my needs and will hold your hand every step of the way. I absolutely love working with each time. He is thorough, moves really fast and removes all the stress out of what is typically a fairly stressful process for most.
