Chris and his team were great! We had issues with a seller backing out of selling, by then we already had all our paperwork and pre approval from equity prime. When we told them that the seller backed out, Chris told me no problem and enjoy shopping for a new one. Sure enough we found a new house and Chris and his team made it nice and easy for us. Would highly recommend them!
