My wife and I worked with Chris when buying our first house. We also worked with him when we sold that first house and bought another. For both times, Chris was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had about deadlines or understanding the various loan documents. Chris and his team did a fantastic job coordinating my loan package. I asked lots of questions and wanted to be walked through all of my options. Chris was very patient, explained everything from top to bottom, allowed me to re-phrase and repeat back to make sure I understood, and checked-in throughout the home search process. Chris and his team were awesome to work with!!! They patiently answered all of our questions and worked fast to get us to closing within 30 days, which is near impossible in this market. Chris also took it upon himself to reach out to the sellers' realtor on our behalf; there were multiple offers on the home. I would definitely recommend anyone serious about closing on a home to contact Chris, you won't be disappointed. Our entire process once offer was accepted, was stress-free.
