Guaranteed Rate did a phenomenal job on our closing. Chris, Paula and Elyssa worked seemingly around the clock to handle a 10 day close for us and everything actually closed on time! We have watched closed multiple homes and are well versed in what issues could arise. They were very communicative and kept us abreast of all the good and the bad and provided options throughout.
