Chris and his team were super knowledgeable and on top of things. For a first time homebuyer, Chris was willing to stay after work hours for me to explain everything to someone who knew little to nothing about the process of buying a home/getting a mortgage. He took the time to explain the little things in order for me to understand the big picture. Chris was always readily available and was always quick to respond to emails/calls/texts. I’m one of those folks that typically loathes the home buying process.. Chris was exceptional in allowing me to buy my family’s primary residence the way I wished, by being direct and professional! I hope we weren’t too much of a pain but Chris will always be where we send our personal friends. We looked at a lot of different programs, options, and properties.
