Guaranteed Rate did a phenomenal job on our closing. Chris, Paula and Elyssa worked seemingly around the clock to handle a 10 day close for us and everything actually closed on time! We have watched closed multiple homes and are well versed in what issues could arise. They were very communicative and kept us abreast of all the good and the bad and provided options throughout. He was available to answer any questions and helped to close on my home 13 days ahead of schedule. Closing day was one of the quickest ever — 30 minutes to sign all the documents. Chris and his team were super knowledgeable and on top of things. For a first time homebuyer, Chris was willing to stay after work hours for me to explain everything to someone who knew little to nothing about the process of buying a home/getting a mortgage.
