Chris has been very helpful and efficient from the begining to the close. Everything worked as expected. No surprise at all. He had someone else to cover and move forward on the process even if he was out for medical issue. I have worked with him for 3 times. It has been a pleasure.
I had a good experience overall refinancing with Chris. The rates have recently come down but still somewhat bobbing up and down - Chris did a good job keeping me informed about the rates and different options and helped me lock in at a good rate. He also did a good job making the process go smoothly, proactively looking at the documents and being ahead of the requirements from the underwriters. He was very quick and thorough in answering all my questions and made it a fairly positive experience overall.
