Chris is super prompt with everything no matter how naive the question. He is very transparent and his team very professional. At a time that was very busy for refinancing, his team closed the loan in under 45 days. Highly recommend him!
I have never had such a painless refinance experience. Chris and his team provided me the best no-closing-cost rate and the entire process was done without needing one phone call. All the documents were securely uploaded and all subsequent documentation was requested and provided via the secure site. Almost all the signature docs were docu signed except for the final closing.
