Chris and his team were excellent at refinancing. The refinance process is explained clearly on the online dashboard interface and the documents necessary for the refinance were easy to upload. I have never had such a painless refinance experience. Chris and his team provided me the best no-closing-cost rate and the entire process was done without needing one phone call. All the documents were securely uploaded and all subsequent documentation was requested and provided via the secure site. Almost all the signature docs were docu signed except for the final closing.
