Chris and his team were excellent at refinancing. The refinance process is explained clearly on the online dashboard interface and the documents necessary for the refinance were easy to upload. They exceeded expectations on the type of loan, rate, and cost. In the past, I haven't had much luck with closing refinances in a timely manner. They always dragged on more than I liked.
