Chris was patient and thorough. First got in touch with him 6 months ago, went through many offers that didn't pan out but he was patient and always available to answer any questions I had. He was always available to answer any questions I had, not once did I feel lost or confused in the home purchase process. He was clear and detailed in explaining my options and rates, with breakdowns on estimates so I could forecast how I would financially be impacted. Chris & his highly professional team made a very complex process super, super easy! For a first time buyer I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Top Notch!
Only complaint was response time. Although always responsive, i expected to get calls back sooner. Sometimes i had to call to get updates. That turned me off a little. Rates were higher than expected, but i guess thats something we cant really control. Other than that u would recommend mortgage services. Underwriting and process was easy.
Chris was great to work with throughout the buying process. He was always available to talk and answer questions. The whole process with a total mortgage and Chris Winzig was easy and stress-free. Would highly recommend both this lender and loan officer.
