Christine made my home purchase so easy and simple. She was detailed in the information she relayed, and was completely open and honest right from the beginning. She was in constant contact with me and answered any and all questions. She took the stress of buying a home off of my shoulders. I've already recommended her to a few people.

Christine is very nice and I am so grateful that she worked hard at the beginning to get us approved, but the communication was terrible. Once we were approved and started, the above and beyond stopped. I wasted my time putting that best poc is via text or call. The only way I was contacted was via email. The follow up was lacking thereof. If something needed to be done, we receive one email and no follow up until last minute. There was absolutely no enrichment in my experience. Christine and her team were unbelievable! Christine told me exactly what to do in order to be able to buy my first home, communicated, and made me feel like I was working with family. Christine and her team were amazing throughout the entire process. We first tried to go to a big corporate lender and didn’t have a positive experience at all. An agent recommended Christine with Waterstone. We called her at night to leave a message. She returned our call immediately and we were in our way to pre-approval. Dealing with Christine was a breeze! We wanted a local lending agent (not an online) and we were not disappointed. She beat out all her competition and showed efficient poise on a tight close. aAs a Realtor, I have access to many loan officers. Christine and her team were amazing during my recent home purchase. I was buying a house for my disabled daughter. Christine told me some things that will save me significantly every month! In addition the team made sure I was kept up to date with weekly status reports and other correspondence when appropriate.
