Christine and her team are quick, efficient and real fun to work with! They not only got me to closing but got me there a day early! They send you emails and videos each step of the way to ensure you know what each step of the process requires and what is happening! They are they for you when you have questions or need help! They are very knowledgeable and explain anything you question in simple easy ways for you to understand! Thank you Waterstone team and Christine! I am simply loving my new home!

Christine made my refinance process so simple. I had put it off because I didn’t want to deal with all the hassle that goes with refinancing and closing. She made it easy every step of the way and now I have a great interest rate. I would recommend her highly to anyone who wants to finance a house.

Christine was able to explain interest rates and borrowing options in a way that intuitively made sense to us. Her extensive knowledge of lending regulations helped us purchase the house our elderly parents had been renting so they wouldn't have to move. We were able to pay an owner-occupied down payment based on provisions in the lending rules that other real estate agents didn't know about.

Christine made refinancing simple. She has an outgoing friendly personality that is easy to work with. She was readily available for questions. She also took time out of her Saturday to do closing paperwork with me being that my work schedule was not flexible at that time. Highly recommend .

Both times she has been incredibly helpful, educational along the way, and maintained great communication with us.
