I have a sub-prime credit rating (it's bad), but Christine and her team worked their magic, so I could get the loan! It was not easy. If you have bad credit, be prepared to do a little extra, but in the end, it will be worth it! Now, I own my home!

We had Christine help us with the mortgage for our 2nd home purchase. It was the easiest mortgage application process I have ever experienced. The online tools and quick response to any emailed question made it pretty much effortless. Once our docs were uploaded, Christine presented us with good options and supported us the rest of the way. I worked with Christine on my recent home buying experience and it was made the entire process easy and stress free. Christine in professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of the process. We all know its stressful enough trying to buy a home locally. We had the disadvantage of living out of state. So, most mortgage companies would rarely return our calls, or give us straight awnsers as to what we could expect throughout the loan application process.
