The entire process is too stressful, cumbersome and time-consuming. I realize that your trying find qualified candidates for loan approval but there should be a way to streamline the application for those with great credit histories. This may be beyond your control. Just a thought.

There were many times in the process where we were given the all clear, but then asked for more documentation. We were always hurried and put in a rush to show difficult to obtain documents and threatened with moving or closing.

Crystal and Greg did a very good job handling my loan. I would have rated them a 5 had it not been for my two encounters with Christine. She jumped in both times and frankly it wasn’t a good experience. She should let her team handle issues. She will say I was rude or didn’t handle myself professionally received the consequences and frustration of passing the buck to others and stating the real estate agent and I were to blame for any issues. All in all the loan got funded and closed. That’s truly all anyone cares about.

I felt that my Team Contact--Crystal--was either new to the job or perhaps a bit overwhelmed at times. Also, her tone was a bit threatening at times--"If you don't do this we won't be able to...." Also, I was asked several times for documents I had already uploaded thru the portal. Made me feel like she was perhaps not on top of things.

There were a few speed bumps along the way. The process in general is very exhausting.
