The communication between this team and myself, my wife and our agent was for lack of a better term…terrible. We felt our information was mishandled which almost cost us the house we fought so hard for - this was due to internal errors at Team Wilson. We dealt with up to five different members at times that would ask for information that was already submitted to another member. When tasked with explaining our grievances and concerns to Christine Wilson - there was barely an apology. Unfortunate.

We were getting requests for information as we were driving to the closing. There seemed to be a lot of confusion about who was doing what and when. Everything worked out successfully in the end but it was more stressful than it should have been.

I was very disappointed with the enitire closing process. It was rescheduled twice even thought I flew to FL to be physically present at the closing. Pam Knox and Stan Yount were great and really took care in explaining their parts of the process. and followed through on all of their tasks. However, all others were minimally involved and not very communicative at all. Informing me the day of my flight that my closing was being postponed was not acceptable.

Things went pretty good until we came to closing, Final figures were not available until after the close of business the day before the noon closing. This left us scrambling the morning of the closing to wire transfer money to the closing agents, that made for a stressful day.

Too many people that I am communicating with. There is Christine, Pam, Nadia Shannon and someone else. Also, not all messages are not being communicated among all and the same questions are being asked by everyone. Basically, communication is the problem.

During the loan approval process, we received forms that required same day completion with reprecussions of the closing date being pushed back and delay of loan approval. There needs to be more notice given for these things. Also, nobody gave us details on the type of home insurance needed for our home (condo or home) and the contacts given for the HOA and Insurance Company either do not return messages or they return messages many days later.

on closing day we weren't notified of a problem and it cost me an additional $500.00 for our mover to wait, if were would have been told that there was a problem we could have rescheduled the delivery for the next day
