This place was amazing! My husband and I celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary and we decided to visit Arizona and booked this place and when I tell you- it was not what we expected at all. It was MORE and then some. More than we bargain. It was beautiful. This will definitely be our go to place when we visit Arizona. The staff was amazing and the pools- omg the pools were great. The whole atmosphere was a great experience and we had a great time.

We stayed in the Club facility which offered friendly personal service and excellent included breakfast although not the best scrambled eggs (the ultimate challenge for a buffet breakfast). Service levels throughout the hotel generally high but disappointing that at pool level all meals served in plastic boxes and paper cups even in the poolside restaurant. Locals seemed to accept but felt down market from a European perspective for this calibre of hotel.

We had an excellent stay, and the amenities were wonderful. My family enjoyed our time in the pool and the themed evenings with s’mores and mini golf.

Dining onsite was either booked for the whole evening or long weight Check in and all other customer service areas were outstanding Also my daughters and I had pedicures and staff arranged their lunch breaks to accommodate us Very friendly and welcoming loved our stay!!!
