Nice hotel, be prepared to walk a lot. The hotel was nice but it’s size is also an opportunity we found. As a parent the parking lot was really far 10-15 minute walk or further in the Arizona heat to get back to the room anytime we left. It was also a major walk to get to any of the pools depending on where you get stuck in your room location. They do offer golf carts but the carts were few and far between with many of the workers looking too busy going other places to pick up a family, or the carts were already taking someo... read more

Level up The carpeting seemed old and there was leftover dirt from the previous day. There was also a plastic key left over from the previous day. At every turn, there was some thing to purchase, like water. Most staff members were polite, except for a couple of valet members.

Best Hotel in Scottsdale Hotel was spotless. Although it was mid July the pools were refreshing and clean. The hotel grounds were manicured and looked like a golf course. Staff was well trained and helped with anything we needed.
