Loved staying here. The staff was beyond friendly, which is such a nice change of pace these days! La Hacienda food was good. Kids activities were awesome! Can’t wait to return!

Excessive charges. It was OK. The hotel charges you $25 for self parking. I could see that as a valet charge but definitely not self park. That is like you doing self serve at a restaurant but the waiter/waitress wants a 20% tip? when you serve yourself? These charges are getting out of hand. I also hand to spend an hour on the phone as hotels.com and the Fairmont both charged me for my stay. Fairmont is crediting me back but these bugs need to be worked out.
