The staff, the vibes, the rooms, food are all amazing! I’m a huge fan of the fairmonts and the Princess is now my fav. Make sure you book the steak house at bourbon - even if you are alone go sit at the bar and eat. The bartenders are the most amazing people I’ve met in Scottsdale! And the steak and classic butter mashed… 10/10

Walkway behind promenade conference center was filthy. Dead bird was there every time we walked through. It was like nobody cleans back there.
