All staff were professional and friendly, very responsive. We stayed at the Fairmont Gold section this year and what a difference it made! I highly recommend that is you love complimentary delicious breakfasts and afternoon hors d’ourevres. Gorge was simply so nice and helpful! My daughter loves the Splash area water slides and the ‘beach’ pool too. For me the highlight was the 5-star wellness spa.
