Checkout disappointing All good until the end when we requested to checkout 1hr later than 11:00 am. The front desk personnel responded “Not under any circumstances”. Since I had to take a call I needed privacy. I managed to take the call earlier and housekeeping attempted to enter the room at 1030 and would not stop banging on the door. This was prior to the 1100 checkout time. Everything else was fine but the events described above were disappointing.

Just a beautiful desert setting. Grounds are amazing. Rooms are awesome. Service is top notch. I mean, yes, it’s a little more expensive perhaps, but you will be delighted.

Beautiful property! Loved the beds in the casita. Very clean. Staff was amazing. Loved the Nespresso coffee makers in the room. Pools were nice too

Disappointed for the amount of money we paid for each night, the beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. We did not sleep well our entire stay.
