We stayed in the Casita suites and the rooms were old and out dated, especially the mattress. For how much we paid this was a travesty. The shower hadn’t been updated since it opened in the 80’s. A disappointment.

Awesome hotel! The Fairmont Princess was very accommodating with our reservation when our date of stay unexpectedly changed. They are truly dog friendly with lots of great walking areas. Eating with the dogs also was not an issue. Everyone was exceptionally nice and service forward. Thank you Fairmont Princess for a great stay!

We stayed in the one BR Casitas section near the 5th fairway of TPC Scottsdale. Well appointed suite with all amenities. Boubon steak restaurant was a great choice for dinner. Chef Michael Mina's creations and cuts are superb cuisine. We attended the 50th Anniversary Barrett Jackson Classic Car auction nearby. Great stay in N. Scottsdale.

Spacious property to walk. Shops were not that great. Maybe offer short rides to guests that do not rent cars. Jacuzzie should be for adults (it as always full of little kids) and should be hotter and the jets should work better Spa is great. Matrix equipment should have the interactive programs for running and hiking that are available.

The Hotel staff was excellent, friendly and very helpful! Room was beautiful with a gorgeous view.
