Property was very clean and quiet in the room. Very comfortable bed. Difficult to get service and chairs at the pool, but resort may be understaffed due to Covid. We had less than expected experiences with unfriendly staff at the front desk and at the Plaza Bar (bartenders). Had very friendly service at the restaurants and with the bellman.

Our stay was awesome!!! I chose the Fairmont Princess hotel for our staycation because of the pools and we weren’t disappointed! The pools were beautiful and our children had so much fun. The staff was friendly and very attentive. Our room was beautiful and clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was the bed was too firm and too high. I had to ask the front desk for a stool and amazingly they had one!! I would definitely go back again!
