The resort itself was absolutely beautiful. I stayed in a jr. casita, the room was lively and the ned super comfy. The pools and restaurants were wonderful. The best thing about the resort was how friendly and helpful the staff was. The concierge was so helpful and booked so many outings for me.

The Fairmont Princess is a wonderful hotel. Our room was huge and just perfect for our family of four. The pools are beautiful and kept the kids busy all day. The hotel even had a summer program for the kids that included nighttime activities all around the hotel - things like laser tag, bungie jumping and pool parties. The grounds are stunning and the staff is very friendly. The spa is amazing and though expensive, the services were top notch. Don't miss the roof top pool! We definitely hope to come back!
