Beautiful property, but all amenities cost extra The property and rooms are beautiful, well maintained and clean. The staff is happy to give mini cart rides to guests around the property. We ate/drank at a few of the bars where the food was only mediocre, and the selection was minimal and overpriced. It's nice they have an adult only pool, as the others are crowded with too many kids. For the price of the rooms, it was disappointing they charged so much for parking, internet and even the bottled water left in the room.

Can’t wait to visit again! Very nice resort hotel. Typically I’m more into boutique hotels but I really liked this hotel for a couple reasons. 1. We came in January and they do a free event for guests called Winter at the Princess. Being in my 30s without kids… I was like what’s this…but we checked it out and IT WAS GREAT! there no one was there. It was amazing. No lines for ice skating, Ferris wheel, axe throwing and more!
