Throughout most of the process Chris was great and communicated very well. I do understand how the pandemic has changed situations but the changes that were needed could have been communicated better. I do not necessarily put this solely on Chris, more of communication between departments within KBHS. To have a relatively minor issue that could have been quickly resolved hours earlier almost detail closing was very disappointing.

Most people situations are sometimes different, Chris found out our situation and worked the best of his abilities. He kept us updated as to which direction we should go.
