Kaysa was excellent in assisting me throughout the transaction! There were a few things I would have had Chris do differently. He discussed numbers with me over the phone and then when I received paperwork it didn’t match what we discussed. Then when I emailed questions, they were rarely answered in a timely manner and sometimes not at all. It took me contacting a supervisor to get the paperwork corrected and to get the numbers right so I could understand what was truly going on.
