Chris did a great job when it came to everything on the loan side. One place of concern would be not being updated about when were going to be receiving important emails or time sensitive emails. Helen and I felt at time we were being contacted by people we never even spoke with before and that as a first time home buyer was extremely uneasy, I wish we would have been told in advance or in a timely manner. Other than that Chris was great and for that we just wanna say thank you!
