Good rates! Very good and frequent communication. Knowledgeable of VA. Required documents were requested far in advance with time to gather all requirements. This seems to have prevented any last minute requests toward the end of the process. The ability to upload everything online made things very simple. Timelines were realistic and I was frequently updated with a status. I have completed many loans and many refi's and this was by far the most pleasant experience. I will refer.
