I learned more about home mortgages than I ever thought possible. The level of communication was great. We were kept up to date about the status of our loan through the whole process. Of course the best part is that we got a rate a quarter of a percent lower than we first thought. This was our fifth home loan and by far the best. This should be our last home loan, but if it isn't we will definitely go with Primary Residential Mortgage and Chris Wiley again.
