If I had knows specifically that certain accounts which were required for closing were going to be the focus, and if I had known how the UW would be viewing those accounts and assets then I would have been easier to work with. Chuck was great. The overall experience was not as smooth as I expected it to be, given how experienced and accessible Chuck was. Ultimately, we closed on time which is what really matters!

Chuck and his colleagues at Embrace Home Loans were wonderful to wonderful to work with! He is very professional, thorough, efficient and treated my loan as if it were his personal home loan. He was very diligent in answering all of my questions and even called me beyond office hours when I sought further clarification on documentation.
