With the high volume of mortgages Kraig gave us his undivided attention and had a very thorough presentation. We had one jumbo mortgage and an investment mortgage that presented some challenges being self employed. Their uploading feature for files on their site wasn't working so I was forced to use email to send sensitive material. Not an ideal solution. All Churchill employees were very kind and easy to work with! This process is never easy however it is worth it in the end!
