In today’s market there are many unknowns. Between the app and Chucks clear guidance things went very smooth. Chuck set clear expectations from the beginning about who his team is and that they may be reaching out for information. Anyone out side of his team was a no go and to inform him. This kept to many fingers out of the pot. The updates, along with digital access and availability for Chuck and his team to take personal calls made the process fluid and seamless.
