John is a very personable person and does a great job. However, it seemed to me that there were a lot of slow down from the underwriters and people collecting information for the loan. Although it looked like we would close early a lot of information was requested of us very late/last minute. Many other lenders are closing a lot faster than Churchill.

Everyone always emailed me back or returned my call when I had questions. We had to change our closing several times because my husband was out of town and everyone was kind and accommodating. The best part was I was able to talk to a human when needed.
