The process was lengthy if you ask me, It took three months for my refinance to go through. I promptly returned emails and all paperwork within one or two days and sometimes the same day. The people I delt with were wonderful, very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Sometimes though they were difficult to get a hold of or they wouldn't return calls.
