I had done some research myself about refinancing which led me to think we shouldn’t do it. That’s when Kraig called with some important information for us about the refinance process and I’m so glad he did because it turned out it WAS beneficial to us. I always love the breakdown Churchill gives with charts so we can visually see the difference the loan makes! Thanks!
