Initially there was an issue with communication. Once the issue was brought to the attention of Matt he reached out within minutes, provided me with his cell and would text and call with updates. The process was quick and easy. The presentation showing my options and all the details with each option made finding the right choice for me and my family very easy. I wouldn't go with any other lender for future refinances or new mortgages. Although they are a national lender, it had the local feel.

John took the time to educate me on the loan process and options before I even signed up. He prepared me for other loan meetings by telling me how they would hide fees that Churchill disclosed. It all came true and I found out those offers were not great at all. I came back to Churchill because I valued John's honesty, friendly nature, and dedication to helping me truly understand every step.
