The main thing that lowered the review score was the interactions we had with the Churchill Loan Processor. She was always very polite however communication was lacking. Specifically, we kept getting asked for documents that we had already provided, this happened several times. She also sent some requests that were either vague or unclear and resulted in several more communications that would've been unnecessary if clear, specific direction had been initially provided.
